No, this is a demo stand. No payment is taken, orders are created for demo purposes.

Can I pay by card?

No — the payment isn't sent anywhere, the form only creates a demo order.

What are UmiZumi figures made of?

Legend says stardust, sea foam, and forest mist. In reality, it's text on a demo site, not a physical product.

How do I track my order?

There's no customer account in this demo. The order status is only visible in the seller's admin panel.

Can I return a figure?

Since nothing is shipped, there's nothing to return — but see the Refunds page.

Where do out-of-stock figures go?

They fly off to explore new universes and come back when they can (in other words, the demo database simply ran out of stock).

Do I need to register to order?

No — placing an order doesn't require an account, just a form with your name, phone, and address.
