Rule #1

Since no UmiZumi figure is ever physically shipped, there's formally nothing to return. Your demo order stays as a nice record in the demo database — already "home".

What if I don't like the figure?

Go to the catalog and mentally swap it for another series — Cosmo, Sea, or Forest. It's free and works instantly.

If this were a real shop

There would usually be a return window (say, 14 days), conditions on the product's condition, and bank details for a refund. None of that applies in this demo — there was no payment, so there's nothing to refund.
